PRODUCT TYPES

Prints

An Art Print (“Print”) is a high-quality picture of my original acrylic and mixed media artwork on canvas that I created. A Print is not the original artwork and will be a picture print on photo paper (not textured like the original).

All Prints are delivered without a frame.

Please note that the Print colours may vary slightly from those shown on screen.

Original Artwork

Original artwork (“Original Artwork”) is a one-of-a-kind piece of art that has been designed and made by me, using a variety of different mediums and techniques. For more details please see the website description of the Original Artwork.

Commissions

I accept commissions, please email me at info@nizaartcreative.com to discuss your request. I take on a limited number of commissions each year.

Artwork

Hereinafter Prints, Original Artwork and Commissions are referred to as “Artwork”.

All sizes and specifications are provided on product pages.

I reserve the right to modify products, pricing, or discontinue items without notice.

ORDERING

To place an order, you must:

-be over 18

-provide accurate information

-have legal authority to use your payment method

You will receive an email confirmation once the order is accepted.

An order may be refused if:

-the product is out of stock

-payment cannot be processed

-we suspect unlawful activity

-the order contains errors (e.g., pricing mistakes).

SHIPPING

Delivery Time

The delivery time depends on the delivery address. Typically, the standard delivery time is 3-10 business days. You will see the estimated delivery time at checkout.

Shipping Cost

Currently I only provide shipping within the UK. The shipping cost is included in the sale price. If you have an international request, please email me at info@nizaartcreative.com so I can see whether your request can be accommodated.

Import Fees and Taxes

In case of international shipping (outside of the UK), the customer may need to pay domestic import and tax fees. Each country has its regulations in this regard, so I recommend checking your domestic rules and regulations for more information. Please note that import and tax fees are not within my control and not included in the sale price.

AMEDNMENTS, CANCELLATIONS, COMPLAINTS

Amendments after order placement

I try my hardest to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible, however if you decide you want to amend your order, please email me at info@nizaartcreative.com and I will try my best to resolve your desired amendment.

Pre-dispatch cancellations

I do my best to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. If you wish to cancel before dispatching an order, please let me know as soon as possible.

Pre-dispatch cancellations to be sent to info@nizaartcreative.com.

Once this has been processed, you will then receive an email confirming your cancellation.

Cancellations are not possible after dispatching the order.

Returns

You can return your Artwork within 14 days after receiving it. Due to the delicate nature of the Artwork during shipping, the Artwork must be returned in its original packaging and made sure that it’s secure for shipment. The Artwork must be returned in the same condition as when it was sent together with all the documentation attached, e.g. certificate of authenticity (if included).

If you need to return an Artwork, please contact me atinfo@nizaartcreative.com. The shipping fees are paid by the customer, unless the Artwork is faulty or damaged. I may request to see images of any faults you may have.

Please note that I do not accept returns for Commissions unless they are damaged.

Complaints

If you have any queries or problems regarding your product, please email me at info@nizaartcreative.com and inform me about the problem.

I try to respond as quickly as possible to the emails I receive. Sometimes, response times vary as I may be waiting on external information. Please keep in mind that I am a small business with limited customer service hours.

Intellectual Property Rights

All Artwork, Prints, Original Artwork and Commissioned artworks and any and all images, texts, designs, graphics related to them are owned by NiZa Art Creative and protected under copyright law.

All copyright and intellectual property rights remain with the artist, Nikoletta Zátonyi.

All rights are reserved to issue reproductions, sequences, prints or use the Artwork in any manner by the artist, even after selling the original artwork.

Purchase grants a personal, non-commercial licence to display the physical artwork.

The customer shall not reproduce, copy, distribute, or use the Artwork commercially.

The artist retains moral rights, including the right to be identified as the creator.

If you place an order for prints or other items, I will collect your name, address, and other relevant details to make sure your order gets to you.

Your details may be shared with trusted partners—like my email provider or delivery service providers —solely to help me deliver your order. These partners are hand-picked, they don’t keep your information longer than necessary, and they don’t use it for anything else.

I never sell or share your information with anyone else for marketing purposes.
